Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management to lead change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and drive adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies.

You will partner with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience working within program or project management environments and leading workstreams.
• Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills.

About the role:

As a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and driving successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team, partnering with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across large-scale transformation programs.


• Partner with program management teams to align change strategies with overall project goals and timelines.


• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.


• Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments to enable effective adoption.


• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies while driving client alignment and program success.

Total Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,450 - $126,750 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
