Our CFO Advisory practice is looking for experienced Finance Transformation Consultants / Senior Consultants to join the team

Our CFO Advisory capability combines technical accounting, finance, and treasury consulting with industry experience to focus on our client’s strategic priorities. We act as an impartial, critical friend to CFOs, helping address challenges and opportunities in business integration, performance, and sustainability across industries.

What you will be doing

• Supporting client engagements in areas like:

• Operating Model Transformation
• Technology, Data & ERP Strategy
• People, Talent & Change

Enabling data-driven decisions to add value and drive enterprise performance, including:

• Business Insights
• Integrated Planning
• Forecasting & Scenario Modelling

Embedding sustainability into finance, responding to regulatory requirements, and managing investor relations, carbon budgeting, and disclosures.

Preferred candidates will have a passion for:

• Technology-driven Finance and Treasury transformation
• EPM processes and tools
• End-to-end Finance process improvement and automation

Your skills and experience

• Background in consultancy or project-focused roles within finance and treasury, in FS and non-FS sectors
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, team experience
• Understanding of finance and treasury transformation projects, project lifecycle experience, ownership, and results delivery
• Tier 1 ERP experience is a plus
