Our services have undergone significant redesign with a strong Fife Health & Social Care Partnership MDT leadership team. There is a large multidisciplinary emphasis and focus upon partnership working, with commitments to clear clinical leadership by the consultant psychiatrist. Pathways for personality disorder/complex trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, and eating disorders are in development / being advanced and opportunities for interested clinicians to have active involvement are here for you right now.
Currently services operate within a sectorised model covering both community and inpatient settings however this is subject to change and improvement modelling for the future.

Applicants who are fully registered medical practitioners with MRCPsych or equivalent, and an appropriate CCT (or be eligible for inclusion within 6 months of the interview date) are invited to make enquiries. We also encourage candidates who wish to pursue specialist registration through the CESR process to get in touch and specific support to acquire this is available. This post may be eligible for Tier 2 sponsorship if required.
