Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Glasgow. You will lead complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.

1. Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale construction projects.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
4. Implement project governance, processes, and systems.
5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Monitor finances and manage change control.
7. Facilitate communication among stakeholders.
8. Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance.
9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
10. Mentor junior project managers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
4. Proven track record of successful project delivery.
5. Knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.
6. Proficiency in project management software.
