Job summary

RIG Healthcare in Birmingham is recruiting a permanent Consultant Hand Surgeon for its elective surgical unit as the Orthopaedic Hand Surgery service expands. You will be a valued member of a team delivering high-quality day case and inpatient care with excellent clinical outcomes.

The role requires GMC Specialist Register entry in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery, hand surgery sub-specialty training or experience, and consultant-level experience in elective day case and inpatient work.

Job description

The opportunity

A leading independent sector hospital group is expanding its Orthopaedic Hand Surgery service and is recruiting a permanent Consultant Hand Surgeon for its elective surgical unit in Birmingham. You'll be a highly valued member of a team delivering high-quality day case and inpatient care, with excellent clinical outcomes.

Salary: up to £140,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, PAYE (this role is not open to locums)
