Qualifications

• Required GMC licence and relevant experience in psychiatry.
• Preferred CCT in CAMHS and approved clinician status.
• Experience in Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) desirable.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

This role is a full-time position within the Surrey and Borders partnership NHS trust, based in a Surrey CMHT, Inpatient service. It offers highly negotiable rates for a dedicated psychiatrist. The trust seeks an enthusiastic Consultant in Child and Adolescent CAMHS Psychiatry to work 40 hours weekly. S12 certification is essential. Previous experience working with CAMHS is desirable. The post holder will focus on improving the emotional well-being of looked-after children, including assessments and treatments for mental health disorders.
