Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital continues to serve the military and their families, while opening its doors to the wider communities across the region. Our facility is a state-of-the-art 45,000 sqm, 200-bed hospital that offers a comprehensive range of multidisciplinary medical and surgical specialties. Patients have access to services including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Diabetes Management & Endocrinology, Psychiatry, and Emergency Care.

We bring together world-class clinical expertise from our network, including Imperial College London Diabetes Center (ICLDC), Healthpoint, Amana Healthcare, and Mubadala Health Dubai, to ensure every patient receives the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the division's policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory bodies.
• Follow, adhere to, and implement the relevant standards of care across all clinical activities. The Physician must comply with these standards without exception.
• Diagnose and treat patients according to relevant international and organizational guidelines and standards.
• Oversee the clinical activities of the clinical team and assume responsibility for patient care.
• Regularly review investigation results and modify treatment plans as required.
• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary meetings to plan effective, safe, and holistic care for patients.
• Focus on quality improvement and compassionate care for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine/MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution or as defined by DOH PQR.
• Masters or Certificate of Completion of specialty training recognized by DOH or as defined by DOH PQR.
• Valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (where applicable).
• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Arabic speaking skills are preferred.
