A UK hospital trust is seeking a consultant in Gastroenterology for a newly created position. The James Paget University Hospital (JPUH) NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint a consultant in Gastroenterology for a newly created position. The appointed candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive gastroenterology service, including ward management, outpatient clinics, and endoscopy, in collaboration with the six existing consultants. There is flexibility to adapt the role to incorporate sub‑specialty interests, and while dual accreditation in gastroenterology and general internal medicine (GIM) is preferred, it is not mandatory.
