Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Consultant Ecologist to join their Norwich team. The role involves field surveys, producing technical reports and supporting ecological assessments, with opportunities to work alongside specialists in the broader environmental team.

The successful candidate will have a degree in ecology or related field, UK survey experience, and a full UK driving licence, with eligibility to work in the UK. Norwich-based, permanent role with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Degree in ecology, environmental science, zoology or a related subject.
• Previous experience within ecological consultancy.
• Experience undertaking UK ecological surveys and producing reports.
• Good knowledge of UK wildlife and environmental legislation.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Be living in or within a commutable distance of Norwich.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
