Your Role

In your role, you will partner with clients to deliver outcomes via cutting-edge data architecture methods. As a consultant, you'll help set strategic directions, embody our values, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Data & AI Platform/Architecture DevOps projects, ensuring client expectations are met at all stages.
• Develop new skills in Data & AI Platform/Architecture with team support, applying current best practices.
• Contribute to internal initiatives related to Data & AI Platform/Architecture for capability growth and business development.
• Deliver work in a structured, creative, and practical manner within agreed timelines.
• Work effectively within a team, supporting peers to meet high standards of output and delivery.

You will also have opportunities to contribute to business growth and your personal development through activities in:

• Business Development: proposals, RFPs, client pitches, and events.
• Internal Initiatives: campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development.
• Learning & Development: training, certifications, and career growth activities.

Your Profile

• Proven success in data & AI platform consulting and delivering data-driven projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Passion for solving real-world business problems with data.
• Strong foundation in data engineering and modern Data architecture patterns (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh).
• Knowledge of Data & AI Platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proficiency in programming languages/packages (Python, Java, Scala, Spark, SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to succeed in a matrix organization and support proposition building and delivery.
• Relevant certifications in data architecture, engineering, or management.
• Current work experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background.
• SC Cleared or SC eligible.
