Description: The Data Team within our Implementation Department is responsible for implementing pension administration solutions for clients, ranging from large strategic projects to bespoke solutions. The team uses various tools and techniques to migrate data to our HartLink system, transforming data to optimize efficiency.
- Liaise with clients during implementation to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc data processes.
- Support and develop junior team members.
- Gather and interpret client requirements and translate into online solutions.
- Conduct system demonstrations for clients.
- Document scheme/product information.
- Participate in the technical development of platforms.
- Configure systems and analyze data.
- Contribute to project management activities, including risk mitigation.
- Knowledge of pension schemes (DB, DC, CARE, Annuities).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with data migration, analysis, and configuration.
- Client-focused project delivery experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python.
