Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT) invites applications for a senior psychiatric role to lead CAMHS eating disorders in a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care to young people. The service blends day hospital treatment with home-based interventions to prevent inpatient admissions and support recovery.

Qualifications

• Senior psychiatrist with CAMHS eating disorders expertise.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in care planning.
• Strong governance and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychiatric assessment and management for young people with eating disorders.
• Lead formulation, care planning, and review within a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee pharmacological treatments, physical health monitoring, and mental state management.
• Participate in family-based interventions and crisis planning.
• Coordinate with community CAMHS, paediatric, education, and social care services.
