We are looking for a motivated Cost Consultant with a strong leaning towards M&E to join our Cost Consultancy offer across the business, to be based in the London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional who is looking to develop their skills and long term career growth within a vibrant and supportive company.

In this role, you will specifically provide M&E Cost advice to projects in either a role supporting the Cost Consultant or direct to the client depending on the nature of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide M&E Cost Advice and strategic procurement advice across projects at all stages
• Contribute to MDA turnover and profitability
• Aim to grow the MDA M&E Cost Consultancy service across the business leading to future consideration of leading / growing a dedicated department

Essential

• MRICS qualified (or working towards).
• Relevant Bachelor level degree.
• Minimum 4-5 experience in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of construction cost and procurement principles, particularly the M&E Sector.
