Job description

Experience
Who We Are

We are a Business Transformation Consultancy, passionate about supporting our clients with their transformation challenges and optimising how they work through the effective use of technology. Our goal is to help our clients realise true value from their investment.

We are growing quickly but continue to set the bar high. We are looking for consultants who combine strong delivery capability with curiosity, accountability and a desire to create meaningful impact for clients.

As an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT), our people are at the heart of everything we do. Everyone has a stake in our success, a voice in how we operate, and a shared responsibility to act with integrity, ambition and care.

The Role

This role is suited to a consultant with two to five years’ experience who is ready to take greater ownership of delivery, deepen client relationships, and develop into a trusted advisor.

You will play a key role in delivering digital and business transformation engagements, owning defined workstreams end-to-end while supporting more complex programmes. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality outputs that drive measurable client value and business outcomes, while contributing to solution design and delivery approaches.

We work closely with our clients and typically operate in a hybrid model, with time spent on-site to build strong relationships and support delivery where it matters most.

Professional Consulting Expectations

As a consulting professional, your role extends beyond delivering high-quality client work. You will also contribute to Lean Tree’s growth, reputation and commercial success by building trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities to create additional value, supporting business development and proposals, sharing knowledge and strengthening our consulting capabilities.

Every consultant plays a part in generating future revenue by recognising client needs, identifying new opportunities, supporting account growth and contributing to market insights or thought leadership. Success is measured not only by client delivery, but also by your contribution to the firm’s long‑term growth, profitability, capability and culture. Consultants at all levels are therefore expected to think commercially and understand that sustainable success depends on both excellent delivery and the development of future opportunities.

In addition to client delivery responsibilities, Consultants are expected to make meaningful contributions to proposal development, thought leadership and capability development activities, balancing delivery excellence with commercial awareness and business development support.
