Job summary

New City College is seeking three Work Experience Co-Ordinators for Construction and Engineering to support students in gaining meaningful industry experience and developing workplace-ready skills. You will connect education with industry by building strong employer partnerships and coordinating the work experience programme.

You will collaborate with curriculum teams, monitor activity impact, and promote industry collaboration through events and mentoring opportunities.

• Coordinate and oversee the work experience programme, ensuring placements are meaningful and safe.
• Support students throughout their placement journey and career aspirations.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to embed employer engagement within the curriculum.
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of work experience activities.
• Promote industry collaboration through projects, guest speakers, and events.
