Job summary

Caralex Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Utility Manager to lead all utility matters for a Berkshire-based construction company. You will oversee feasibility, disconnections, and the design and installation of new connections, coordinating with utility providers and internal teams.

The role requires travel between sites, attendance at project meetings, and working from the head office. The successful candidate will be process-driven, logical, and able to prioritise tasks to keep projects

Qualifications

• Experience bridging utilities and construction environments.
• Ability to manage feasibility studies, disconnections, and new connections designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead on all utility matters from feasibility through to disconnections and to the design and installation of new connections.
• Manage relationships with utility providers and monitor progress across projects.
• Ensure design and working drawings are efficiently managed and organised.
• Travel between sites and attend project meetings, working from the head office when required.
