• Experience in Construction underwriting is required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain broker relationships, especially with London Brokers.
• Commercially minded with growth and business development focus.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and negotiate Construction business within your authority.
• Build and maintain excellent broker relationships through regular engagement.
• Apply pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive profitable growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and support broker team ideas.
• Represent the brand at broker meetings, industry events and field visits as needed.
