Job Description:

Amentum is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician to support a new program in the United Kingdom. The CST's responsibility is to monitor construction activities to prevent hostile surveillance devices and ensure security protocols are followed throughout the project.

Roles & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Implementing security measures in compliance with ICD 705 and CSP.
2. Ensuring adherence to security requirements and advising the team accordingly.
3. Managing construction security documentation and operations.
4. Documenting security infractions and violations.
5. Providing expertise on construction and surveillance security.
6. Working with the SSM Team for worker verification and final accreditation.
7. Maintaining CST documentation and records.
8. Monitoring all foreign personnel on the secure site.
9. Inspecting construction materials and equipment for tampering using specialized tools.
10. Identifying and documenting anomalies in construction work.
11. Performing access control and security checks.
12. Managing opening and closing procedures of the site daily.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of US Air Forces security procedures and security systems.
• Ability to document security incidents and perform detailed inspections.
• Understanding of construction safety and security techniques.
• Ability to identify IEDs and assess security threats.
• Proficiency in security device operation and monitoring.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces.
• Ability to climb stairs and make safe decisions on-site.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Recent CST Certification (within 5 years).
• OSHA Safety Course (30 hrs.) or ability to complete within 30 days.
• Experience with ICD-705 projects and security standards.
• UK NATO work Visa or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Desired Experience/Training:

• Additional security and project-specific certifications.
• Experience on ICD-705 projects in the UK within the last 5 years.
