Summary:

• Atkins Transportation Division handles multidisciplinary design and management from inception to delivery. We are a leading UK multi-disciplinary consultancy involved in high-profile projects across sectors.
• We seek a supervisor based in our Aylesbury office to support the development of a new Alliance Partnership.
• You will work within a team of engineers, technicians, and professionals, responsible for work packages in highway improvement and maintenance schemes.
• Applicants should demonstrate supervisory experience, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to support project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project deliverables to meet standards and stakeholder requirements.
• Support project managers, managing risks and quality while maintaining safety.
• Coordinate resources to ensure successful delivery, maintaining Atkins quality standards.
• Document specific actions and work streams for project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder and alliance relationships.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• A degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Or experience in project management, preferably in transportation schemes.
• Relevant previous experience in the field.
• Proactive, able to operate independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and reporting to clients.
• Ability to resolve site planning and coordination issues.
• Apply risk management principles and network effectively.
