Qualifications

• Experience or background in construction / trades / built environment.
• Experience working with young people in an education, mentoring, or support role.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Proactive, empathetic and resilient approach.
• Understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral support to students within the construction department.
• Support behaviour, attendance, and student engagement.
• Deliver one-to-one and group support sessions.
• Work closely with teaching staff to support learner progress.
• Monitor and track student development and wellbeing.
• Support students with barriers to learning and promote positive outcomes.
