Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in construction
• Experience in non-contentious construction law
• Exposure to contentious construction work is advantageous
• Strong drafting skills and a commercial, client-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Advise a broad client base on non-contentious construction matters
• Draft and negotiate construction documentation
• Provide commercial, day-to-day legal advice on projects
• Assist with construction disputes and adjudications when required
