Job summary

AJ Chambers is delighted to be working with a leading specialist law firm that is looking to appoint a Construction Solicitor with around 2–3 years' PQE to join its growing team.

You will advise a broad client base on non-contentious construction matters, draft and negotiate construction documentation, and provide commercial, day-to-day legal advice across projects, with exposure to adjudications where required.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–3 years' PQE in construction law.
• Experience in non-contentious construction law.
• Exposure to contentious work advantageous.
• Strong drafting skills with a commercial, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on non-contentious construction matters.
• Draft and negotiate construction documentation.
