The role involves drafting and negotiating construction, development and project documentation, preparing client agreements, and contributing to large commercial projects.

Qualifications

• NQ–2 PQE in Construction Associate role.
• Must have non-contentious construction law experience.
• Knowledge of Contracts and appointments including JCT, NEC and EPC forms.

Responsibilities

• Involved with projects from the outset and work with clients to shape procurement and contracting strategies.
• Negotiating and drafting all types of construction, development and project documentation.
• Preparing client agreements.
• Working on some large projects for commercial clients.
