A Manchester law firm is seeking a Construction Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join its growing Construction team. The role involves advising developers, contractors, investors and commercial clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a hybrid working model.

You will handle construction contracts, development projects, procurement issues, risk management and dispute resolution, including adjudication where required. The firm offers high-quality work and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Construction Law.
• Experience in contentious and/or non-contentious construction matters.
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Advise developers, contractors, investors and commercial clients on broad construction matters.
