1. This vacancy is based within the successful construction team of a leading regional law firm.
2. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE in Construction law, with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work.
3. You will be a key team member, working closely with partners on high-profile, often complex, construction and engineering projects across various industry sectors.
4. Your caseload will mainly involve non-contentious work, including contract documents, collateral warranties, and cross-company guarantees and bonds.
5. As a senior team member, you will also participate in mentoring junior lawyers.
