The Role

Due to the growth of the Construction team, the firm is seeking a Solicitor to support their well-established Real Estate department, which includes around 25+ staff members and 5 Partners. The Construction division is ranked in Tier 2 of the Legal 500. The department specializes in Construction, Dispute Resolution, Planning, and Environmental law.

The caseload includes both contentious and non-contentious work, such as advising on Construction documents, Industrial Development, Health Sector Development, projects for household clients, and transport and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• 2-8 years PQE with extensive experience in Construction
• Business development experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Deal with high-quality work
• Salary above market rate depending on experience, plus an exceptional bonus and benefits package
