Randstad CPE is seeking a reliable Welfare Labourer for an active site in Dorking, starting Monday 26th October 2026. You will manage welfare facilities and assist with light labour tasks to maintain a clean, safe site environment.

The role requires a valid CSCS card, full PPE, and right to work in the UK, with typical hours 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Weekly pay options are available through CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer or higher).
• Full PPE provided and to be worn on site.
• Experience in site welfare cleaning or general labouring.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Sanitizing, cleaning, and restocking site toilets, washrooms, and shower facilities daily.
• Cleaning and maintaining site canteens, wiping down tables, appliances, and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming and dusting site management offices and wiping high-touch surfaces.
• Monitoring and restocking daily welfare supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizer).
• Assisting with light general site labouring duties, sweeping walkways, and managing waste skips during quieter periods.
