Job summary

TipTopJob in Morpeth is seeking a Traffic Marshall (Vehicle Control) to safely direct traffic and ensure smooth movement of vehicles on and off the construction site. This role runs for 1 year with pay rates of GBP19.00 per hour (CIS) or GBP14.39 per hour (PAYE rolled up).

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card and a Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket, wear full PPE, and have proven experience directing traffic on site.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required.
• Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket.
• Full PPE (boots, hi-vis, hard hat) worn on site.
• Previous experience directing traffic on construction sites.
• Reliable, punctual with strong communication on site.

Responsibilities

• Directing site traffic and safe movement of vehicles on and off site.
• Managing pedestrian safety around vehicle access points.
• Assisting tradespeople and general site operations where required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure working environment around access gates.
