Job summary

Harpercrewe Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects on site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high quality standard. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and manage costs, while ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

You will drive project delivery, engage with stakeholders, and support the training and development of staff and apprentices on site.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and activities ensuring safety, quality and programme.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to achieve milestones.
• Monitor progress and address issues affecting delivery and budget.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and toolbox talks to maintain HSE standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop site teams, with clear accountability and communication.
