Job summary

Arena Europe, Middle East & Asia is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Field Based role in the United Kingdom. You will oversee construction projects from start to finish, manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality.

You will lead on-site teams, conduct toolbox talks, monitor progress, and liaise with clients and consultants to provide regular updates.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in construction projects.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid qualifications.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from project start through to completion.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
• Monitor project programmes and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
• Manage site documentation, reports, and records.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to provide regular updates.
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently to minimise delays and risks.
• Support the commercial team in managing project costs and resources.
