Aquinna Homes plc is an award-winning house builder based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. We are currently working on building exceptional homes throughout Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, and London, and are actively purchasing new developments along the M4 corridor.

Role:

This is an on-site contract role for a Construction Site Manager at our Stoke Gifford development of 6 detached luxury homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the scheme, with the following duties:

1. Short-term planning of materials and labour
2. Management and coordination of subcontractors on a daily basis
3. Weekly/Daily progress reporting to head office
4. Chairing subcontractor progress meetings weekly
5. Regular liaison with commercial and technical departments to resolve queries on the scheme
6. Liaising with external bodies including Building Control, utilities companies, NHBC, and the Local Authority regarding the scheme
7. Responsible for all Health & Safety on site, including issuing permits to work, site inductions, reviewing subcontractor RAMS, toolbox talks, etc.
8. Carrying out quality inspections throughout the build process
9. Proficient in the use of computers for Teams meetings, document and drawing reviews, emails, etc.
10. Customer/sales liaison
