About the Opportunity
As a Construction Site Manager, you will oversee the site delivery of construction projects from mobilization to customer handover. Leading the site team, you will ensure work aligns with project scope, quality standards, safety, budget, and timelines. You will manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster future project opportunities.
You should have experience managing subcontractors, working to project specifications, maintaining customer relations, and controlling site safety. You will work per the CDM Construction Phase Plan, communicating scope, quality, timelines, hazards, risks, and controls to site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-standard, and budget-compliant work.
