CCA Recruitment Group is seeking an ambitious Internal Sales Account Manager to join our Leigh team. This role focuses on developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities within the construction sector, and driving revenue growth.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, actively engage customers through outbound calls, generate leads, and run sales campaigns to exceed targets. A customer-focused, proactive approach is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in internal sales, account management, or business development.
• Proactive approach to generating sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing construction industry accounts.
• Proactively contact customers to identify upcoming projects and sales opportunities.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, merchants, and other construction sector customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to maximise conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Collaborate with external sales teams and operations to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM.
• Monitor market activity, competitor developments and industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed sales, margin, and activity targets.
