Job summary

CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage cost planning, budgets, contracts, and value engineering across projects, ensuring delivery within budget and to high quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS) is preferred but not required

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and financial management of construction projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality standards.
