Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger role
• Experience logging and coding invoices; matching invoices to purchase orders
• Experience in a high-volume, detail-driven environment
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Experience with CIS would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage purchase orders
• Log and code invoices, match to purchase orders
• Process utility bills across multiple sites
• Maintain detailed records in Sage50 and Excel
• Post transactions and remittances; perform bank reconciliations
