Job summary

Qualifications

• NQ-2 years of experience working within a construction team or housing practice.
• Good working knowledge of standard form contracts and appointments (JCT, NEC, EPC).
• Experience on regeneration schemes, energy/renewables, healthcare and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters for clients.
• Assist with procurement contracts, due diligence and project agreements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on high-profile projects.
