Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Planner to support planning, coordination and delivery of residential and commercial construction projects. The role involves managing programmes, updating progress and working closely with site teams and subcontractors on multi-storey developments.

Experience with planning software (Asta PowerProject or MS Project) and a solid understanding of the construction lifecycle from design through to handover are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Planner or Planning Engineer role.
• Experience planning and coordinating residential and/or commercial building projects.
• Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle from design to handover.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects across residential and commercial developments.
• Develop, manage and monitor project programmes, identifying critical path activities and risks.
• Produce progress reports, programme updates and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with site teams, project managers, consultants and subcontractors.
