Job summary

PSR are recruiting an experienced Planner to join a delivery team on a large commercial project in Birmingham. You will develop and maintain schedules, collate information from stakeholders and drive the programme to meet milestones.

The role requires strong communication, risk assessment and proactive problem solving to keep the project on track. You will use industry-standard planning tools and collaborate closely with the construction team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Planner within the construction industry.
• Experience with new build projects, up to £100 million in value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualification in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather information for planning.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide proactive solutions to mitigate delays.
• Monitor and report progress, addressing deviations from the plan.
• Work with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Utilise planning software and tools to optimise project efficiency.
