As a Construction Planner at XYZ Reality, you will manage project planning and delivery across multiple locations throughout EMEA, collaborating with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading external planning teams proficient in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration.
• Integrating Project Programmes according to client requirements into the 3D design.
• Expanding scheduled activities, including MEP programmes, to sequence construction and integrate within BIM models.
• Collaborating with the Sales Team on client calls and demonstrating construction and scheduling expertise.
• Conducting project data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
• Providing regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring productivity and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Interacting regularly with stakeholders in a front-end role.
• Providing technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls within the XYZ Project Team.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• 2-6 years of construction project planning experience.
• Relevant construction-related degree at a professional level.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry, especially MEP planning in data centres or high-tech/mission-critical sectors.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• Ability to analyze construction sequences, identify risks, and resolve coordination issues.
• Proactive and influential in dealing with people.
• Ability to coach and challenge management and non-specialists.
• Experience with 4D Construction software is advantageous but not essential.
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Willing to travel semi-regularly across Europe for project meetings and workshops.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
