We implement this technology on Mission Critical projects, utilizing AR to ensure schemes are completed on time and within budget.

Our model combines 4D Planning with real-time insights using Augmented Reality for quality and progress tracking.

As a Construction Planner at XYZ Reality, you will manage project planning and delivery across multiple locations throughout EMEA, collaborating with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure timely, within-budget, high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading external planning teams proficient with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration.
  • Integrating Project Programmes with client requirements into 3D design.
  • Expanding scheduled activities, including MEP programmes, to sequence construction and integrate within BIM models.
  • Collaborating with Sales on client calls and demonstrating construction and scheduling knowledge.
  • Performing project data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
  • Providing regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring productivity and deadlines.
  • Interacting regularly with stakeholders in this front-end role.
  • Providing technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls within the XYZ Project Team.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • 2-6 years of Construction Project Planning experience.
  • Relevant construction-related degree at a professional level.
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry, especially MEP planning in data centres or high-tech/mission-critical sectors.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
  • Ability to analyze construction sequences, identify risks, and resolve coordination issues.
  • Dynamic approach to stakeholder interaction and influence.
  • Ability to coach and challenge management and non-specialists.
  • Experience with 4D Construction software is advantageous but not essential.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel semi-regularly across Europe for project meetings and workshops.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
