Our technology is integrated into The Atom – a smart, site-safe headset and hardhat – and is used on Mission Critical projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery through AR-enhanced project management.

Our approach combines 4D Planning with real-time insights using Augmented Reality for quality and progress tracking.

As a Construction Planner at XYZ Reality, you will manage project planning and delivery across multiple locations throughout EMEA. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead external planning teams; proficient with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration.
• Integrate Project Programmes according to client requirements into the 3D design.
• Expand scheduled activities, including MEP programmes, to sequence the build and integrate within BIM models.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team on client calls, demonstrating schedule and construction knowledge.
• Conduct project data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor productivity and deadlines.
• Interact regularly with stakeholders in this front-end role.
• Provide technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls within the XYZ Project Team.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• 2-6 years of Construction Project Planning experience.
• Relevant construction-related degree at a professional level.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry, especially MEP planning, ideally in data centres or high-tech/mission-critical sectors.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• Ability to analyze construction sequences, identify risks, and resolve coordination issues.
• Proactive, dynamic approach to stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to coach and challenge management and non-specialists.
• Experience with 4D Construction software is advantageous but not essential.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Willing to travel semi-regularly across Europe for project meetings and workshops.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
