Our technology, integrated into The Atom – a smart, site-safe headset and hardhat – is used on Mission Critical projects to ensure schemes are completed on time and within budget.

We combine 4D Planning with real-time insights using Augmented Reality for quality and progress tracking.

As a Construction Planner at XYZ Reality, you will manage project planning and delivery across multiple locations in EMEA, collaborating with engineering, production, and sales teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, offering you the opportunity to shape our company's future and impact the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading external planning teams with proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration.
  • Integrating Project Programmes with client requirements into 3D design.
  • Expanding scheduled activities, including MEP programmes, to sequence the build within the BIM model.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team on client calls, demonstrating schedule and construction knowledge.
  • Performing project data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
  • Providing progress reports at customer and company levels.
  • Monitoring productivity and deadlines.
  • Interacting regularly with stakeholders in this front-end role.
  • Providing technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls within the XYZ Project Team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2 - 6 years of Construction Project Planning experience.
  • Relevant construction-related degree at a professional level.
  • Good industry knowledge, especially in MEP planning (preferably in data centres or high-tech sectors).
  • Experience with Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
  • Ability to analyse construction sequences, identify risks, and resolve coordination issues.
  • Proactive and influential approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to coach and challenge management and non-specialists.
  • Experience with 4D Construction software is advantageous but not essential.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel semi-regularly across Europe for project meetings and workshops.
