Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the United Kingdom to lead storage sector projects from inception to completion. You will oversee redevelopment, new builds, and refurbishments, delivering on time and within budget while coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and contractors on-site.

The role offers a base salary around £40,000 with a £50,000–£70,000 OTE bonus, car mileage allowance, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Track record in construction, fit out, refurb & building project management.
• Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings.
• Experience leading projects from cradle to grave.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through completion, keeping everything on time and within budget.
• Coordinate our internal team, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop clear project scopes for commercial builds and refurbs with solid stakeholder plans.
• Manage resources and track progress across all projects.
• Handle scope changes, schedule adjustments, and cost variations with verification techniques.
• Report performance to management and flag issues early.
