Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 plus package

Location: Caterham, Surrey

Region: Surrey

Experienced Project Manager required for a privately owned developer based in Surrey with projects throughout England.

This role is focused on pre-construction activities, delivering pre-construction works for schemes valued up to £6m. The projects include residential developments and holiday park extensions aimed at building carbon-neutral dwellings to help businesses reduce their carbon footprint.

The successful candidate will manage sites from the office or home, overseeing design stage tasks such as cost, planning, and programme appraisals to ensure readiness for main contractors. You will monitor ongoing construction, addressing any deviations from plans. This role is suitable for someone with client-side or consultancy experience in pre-construction project management, operating at an arm’s length from the main construction activities.

The projects will feature a mix of residential housing and holiday homes on holiday parks, all designed to be carbon zero and energy positive, fostering self-sustainable living across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, innovative company committed to energy-efficient, sustainable homes and holiday parks.
