Job summary

Breheny is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead safety, quality and programme performance on major projects. You will drive leadership, effective communication, and teamwork to deliver on time and within budget on multi-project scopes.

The role requires CSCS Black, Temporary Works/Appointed Person credentials, and strong knowledge of drawings, BoQ, and contracts. A proactive, self-motivated leader with excellent stake-holder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or NVQ Level 5 in Construction Management.
• CSCS Black card or equivalent.
• Professional Accreditation.
• First Aid certification.
• Temporary Works Co-ordinator / Appointed Person (Excavator Only) with NRSWA.
• IOSH Certification or equivalent for Management of Confined Space and Buried Services knowledge.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interpret contract documents.
• Proficiency in ASTA Powerproject, reading drawings, BoQ and specifications.
