Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is hiring a Construction Project Manager in Oswestry. You will manage 2–3 commercial/industrial projects end-to-end, keeping tight control of cost and programme while maintaining high H&S standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects across commercial, industrial or renewables sectors.
• Commercially minded with strong cost control and programme control experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial/industrial construction projects from start to finish (typically 2–3).
• Oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion and maintain cost control.
• Ensure sites are safe, organised and compliant with H&S standards.
