Job summary

Pertemps Network Group in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to own projects from initial survey through to completion. You will manage a busy portfolio, coordinate surveyors, trades, subcontractors and materials while monitoring timescales, costs and quality to meet customer expectations.

If you enjoy hands-on problem solving and keeping multiple projects on track, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience within construction.
Experience coordinating multiple projects, trades and contractors.
Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of costs and profitability.
Good working knowledge of health, safety, CDM and construction compliance.
Confident IT skills and the ability to manage project information.
A strong communicator and people manager who can resolve problems.

Responsibilities

Managing a busy portfolio of construction projects from initial survey through to successful completion.
Planning and coordinating surveyors, trades, subcontractors, labour, materials and project schedules.
Monitoring progress across multiple live jobs, site audits and snagging.
Reviewing scopes of work, managing variations and project profitability.
Ensuring health & safety, CDM, risk assessments and quality are consistently met.
Maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams, resolving queries or complaints and keeping project records accurate.
