Job summary

Thomann-Hanry® is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (Nights) to manage night-time restoration and maintenance works on iconic historic buildings in Greater London. The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing restoration projects on historic buildings, alongside excellent leadership and communication skills. This role requires the successful management of contractors and compliance with health & safety standards. The position offers 25 days annual leave plus additional benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee historic building restoration works on site.
  • Act as the primary site-based client contact during night works.

  • Ensure programmes, quality standards, and budgets are met.
  • Monitor costs and report variances.
  • Oversee RAMS implementation and site compliance.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Prepare valuations, final accounts, and site documentation.

Styles Façade Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (Nights) with proven experience managing the restoration of historic and listed buildings to join our growing team. Travel across Greater London is required.

As our portfolio of prestigious heritage projects continues to expand, this role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of out‑of‑hours restoration and maintenance works on some of London’s most iconic historic buildings.

You will plan, cost, coordinate, and oversee night‑time construction and restoration projects, providing full site management and leadership. The role includes managing contractors and trades, ensuring quality standards, health & safety compliance, and maintaining excellent client relationships on site.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee historic building restoration works on site
  • Act as the primary site‑based client contact during night works
  • Coordinate contractors, specialist trades, and internal teams
  • Ensure programmes, quality standards, and budgets are met
  • Monitor costs and report variances
  • Oversee RAMS implementation and site compliance
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Prepare valuations, final accounts, and site documentation

Essential skills and experience

  • Ability to work nights and manage multiple London‑based sitesDegree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
