Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or construction-related field.
• Experience managing construction projects from initiation through to completion.
• Experience with construction contracts and contract management.
• Strong planning, budgeting and financial monitoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Lead the day-to-day management of multiple construction projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Maintain project documentation including briefs, RAID logs, delivery plans and progress reports.
• Monitor risks, issues and opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and financial performance for cost control.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and external partners to deliver projects efficiently.
• Manage procurement activities including supplier engagement, tendering and contract management.
• Ensure delivery aligns with client brief and professional standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and teams.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues throughout lifecycle.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote health & safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress and address delays promptly.
• Support continuous improvement for high-quality outcomes.
