Job summary

Vistry East London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources and teams, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality.

We value collaboration and in-person teamwork, while offering flexibility where possible. The role requires strong leadership, health & safety expertise, and the ability to engage partners, customers and contractors effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience on new build multi-story housing projects.
• Strong health and safety management demonstrated.
• Ability to lead and deliver within challenging market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all individuals on site in line with policy.
• Lead the successful completion of the project with high standards.
• Develop plans to meet resource and supply chain requirements.
• Lead and facilitate key project meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain positive client relationships and effective communication.
